Erasmus+ upm
Erasmus+ is the new program of the European Union that replaces, among others, the Lifelong Learning Program (2007-2013), whose Erasmus subprogram has been the main international mobility program of this University.
The Erasmus+ Program in the actions of mobility of persons (key action KA1), allows the mobility of students (SM – Student Mobility) to carry out studies in a Higher Education Institution (HEI – Higher Education Institution) or to carry out internships in a HEI or a company.
Currently, the Erasmus+ program, in its action KA103, provides for mobilities in the so-called “program countries” (European), and in its action KA107, allows mobilities to and from the so-called “partner countries” (non-European).

But the biggest transformation of Erasmus took place in 2007 with the approval of the Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 November 2006 establishing the new Lifelong Learning Program. New actions were incorporated into the program, including the mobility of students for work placements in companies which, until then, had been managed in the Leonardo da Vinci program, and for the first time higher vocational training centers participated in Erasmus. All this has undoubtedly introduced important changes that have enriched the program and have contributed, if possible, to its greater dissemination and popularity.
We hope that for the families of our students, it is interesting what they tell them about the countries of origin of the beneficiaries of these scholarships of European programs, since it becomes an exchange of experiences that also reaches the family.
It is not the first time that we decided to come to Spain for a longer period of time. In 2011 we stayed in Madrid for six months where we did Erasmus exchange and because the experience was very positive we applied for the program Erasmus practice and here we are. We have been friends since secondary school and the fact that we both found a practice in the same city was really exciting for us. Beside that we both love working with children and to get experience of that kind, in times like this, was something that we both dreamed about.
Erasmus+ 2022
If you are part of the students, faculty and PAS of the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático you have the possibility to carry out mobilities of different characteristics within the new Erasmus + Program (KA1).
The additional amount of 175 €/month will be financed with European funds for students with less economic resources. The criterion applied will be to have been the beneficiary of a general study grant from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport in the academic year immediately prior to the one in which the mobility is to be carried out.
Once the mobility has been completed, studies will be validated on the basis of the academic results obtained at the host institution. The credits obtained will be fully recognized. The Pedagogical
Pedagogical Coordination Board will analyze the most appropriate way to establish validations. These will only be effective for subjects in first enrollment. In accordance with current legislation, credits corresponding to the TFG (Final Degree Project) may not be recognized.
